VESSEL RELOCATION SERVICES

We provide on-the-water boat deliveries and relocations to and from any port.  Our goal is to deliver or relocate your vessel to its destination as safely and as quickly as possible. We can deliver your vessel for short day or weekend trips as well as longer periods of time. We are available, at your convenience; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Rest assured that Captain Jeff has experience navigating the Intracoastal Waterway and harborways up and down the east coast. He has built relationships with many marinas up and down the Eastern Seaboard assuring the best service we can offer.

While Captain Jeff is able to be reached at any time during the trip, he makes it a policy to contact his clients on a nightly basis to update the day's events as well as review the following day's Float Plan. You can feel freeto join him on your vessel's voyage, or allow us to deliver your vessel as safely as we would our own. 

Lets face it...some of you just don't have the time, interest or ability to keep a watchful eye on maintenance items throughout the boat. We offer you a turnkey solution to maintenance monitoring with "Captain's Watch".

This bi-weekly program covers checking all of the fluids in your engine room, topping off your onboard water supply, checking/cleaning sea strainers, sump boxes, A/C filters and water filters. With the proper credit card on file we'll even top off your fuel tanks and pump out your black water tanks...leaving you free to board your vessel on the weekend free of maintenance worries. Additional seasonal checks on A/C units and bilge heaters will be performed as needed.

After each visit, we'll leave a door hanger report on what we found, what we did and what we suggest be done in the near future with your service professional. If you prefer we can send those results directly to your email.

This is a special service designed around the needs of a new vessel owner with the many intricacies of his new boat including best boating practices, electronics orientation and general maintenance scheduling and responsibilities. Our complete 4-6 hour course is broken down as follows :

- Proper nautical terminology

- First Mate Responsibilities

- Electrical panels ( AC/DC and generator use)

- Toilet issues, maintenance and troubleshooting

- Windlass operation and troubleshooting

- Full understanding of every component in the engine room along with suggested maintenance schedules.

- Line handling and fender arrangement and Tie-ups

- Rules Of The Road

- Optimum running and handling protocols

- Basic electronics overview (chartplotter, sonar, radar, radio)

- Anchoring

- Docking ( Side ties and slip returns)

Additional instruction on "in depth" navigation equipment usage and chart reading is also available for an hourly rate.
